Big bags, also known as Jumbo bags, are a specialty product of MTPL. The bags are suitable for bulk handling of commodities and are strong and sturdy. Produced to International standards and tailor made to buyer's specifications, the bags are NEL certified and are tested in our facilities.

MTPL gives you flexibility in construction and design of the bags. You can choose from a variety of shapes, such as U-Panel, Tubular, Coated with Liners etc and all the possibilities in terms of Filling and Discharge systems. MTPL puts a special focus on packaging and delivery of its bags. Special Pallets and Bales are manufactured for ease of handling that you can experience and enjoy.

Fabric
MTPL offers PP woven fabric from 95 GSM to 200 GSM for making FIBCs ranging from 500 Kg to 2000 Kg carrying capacity. The fabric can be coated or uncoated. Fabric with vertical reinforcements is used for making Tubular FIBCs with Cross Corner Loops.

Applications
Jumbo bags are being used in all major user segments, where bulk packaging is necessary. It provides for Ease of Handling, more cargo per container as opposed to silos and low packaging costs, all adding up to multifold benefits for the user industry. Printing
MTPL can offer bags duly printed. It has flexographic machines capable of printing accurately and upto three spot colours.
